All steel LSR Sniper scope mount for German Mauser K98.
It also fits German Gew98,
Swedish Mausers (M38 & M96),
Yugo Mausers (M48 & M24), Turkish, Spanish and Chilean Mausers.
The rings are 26.5mm in diameter. However, there are four 1 inch steel inserts come with this mount so you can put a regular 1 inch scope on it.
This side base is made to fit the contour of the receiver on German K98, Yugo M48, M48A and M24/47, and Swedish M38/M96. It may also fit on Turkish, Spanish and Chilean Mausers. It has a standard 3/8″ dovetail rail. You can put a removable LSR mount on it.
You also can put a pair of scope rings on the rail

. If your Mauser has a straight bolt, you can directly install a compact shot gun scope or other compact scope on this side mount. It will clear your straight bolt easily.
All 6 screws, 2 pins, Four 1″ steel inserts and correct drill/tap kit are included for your convenience.
