DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Please read thoroughly to understand our policies. Please understand that due to a high volume of customer orders, ground shipments could possibly be delayed during the extremely busy time frame of November through December.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING iNFORMATION (January – October)
Most packages are shipped from our warehouses across the U.S., where they are processed and ship within approximately three to four business days of the order being placed. Delivery time may be delayed based on: how the product is shipped, if the product is back-ordered, if the order is placed during the holiday season (November-December), or extreme weather conditions.
We cannot guarantee an exact date of delivery for ground shipments.
We ship via UPS, UPS SurePost, USPS First-Class Mail, and USPS Priority Mail.
Large items are shipped via freight truck. You will be emailed tracking and carrier information upon shipment.
Order Processing
Business days are Monday through Friday, end at 12 a.m. EST, and exclude all state and federal U.S. holidays.
Orders ship Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after the shipping deadline and holidays will ship the next available date.
Orders will be processed and shipped up to four business days after payment is received.

Shipping is only valid for addresses in the Contiguous USA (lower 48 States).

Standard Ground Shipping on most items in the Contiguous USA.
Larger item are shipped via freight delivery.

Orders are shipped out via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or eBay GSP (Countries Vary By Product).
Freight by select carries.

Shipping Policy Exceptions
Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer.

Requests to Alter Deliveries
We cannot change shipping addresses, schedule a delivery time, give delivery instructions, or hold for a different delivery date for any package shipped.

For orders shipped via freight:
We will email you delivery instructions, and the freight company will also call to schedule your delivery.
To streamline your delivery process, please provide a current phone number and email address when placing your order.
Unsuccessful Delivery:
If delivery is refused, hindered, or undelivered due to non compliance or no response from the receipient orders will be assessed a 15% processing fee plus the original and return cost of S&H that will be deducted from any credit due.

Wrong Item Received
If you received a wrong item contact us via email with photos of  the item, UPC, MPN, and the remaining sides of item received to compare to listing and invoicing.
Order Damages
If your order is being delivered via freight, inspect the items before signing the Bill of Lading (the driver’s receipt of delivery to you). If the Bill of Lading is signed stating the items were received in good condition, we will be unable to accept a return of the items.
If you received a damaged item contact us via email with photos of  the pakaging, damage to item, the UPC, the MPN, and the remaining sides of item received.
We must be notified within 24 hours upon receipt of any damage or manufacturers defect(s) to the item(s) so we may submit a claim as quickly as possible (FREIGHT ITEMS EXCLUDED).
Failure to notify us will only delay the claim and may cause delays. We will not be able to exchange the item or take it back for a refund if a claim is not filed properly
DO NOT repair item(s) without authorization. We WILL NOT accept any item back if it was repaired or alter in any way.
We WILL NOT accept any item back if it comes back to us without its original box, packing, documentation., or damaged packaging.

Exchange
Were sorry, but we no longer honor product exchange requests as the platforn no longer supports nor honors them through claims.
If an order is approved for an exchange, you will need to go through the normal returns process identified in the returns policy section and then order the item, if it is still available.
Orders will be processed and dispatched to fulfillment as soon as they are received.
Returns

Fraudulent Returns
Return fraud
is defined as a customer (or buyer, in terms) misusing or taking advantage of a seller?s return policy. By doing so, they are defrauding the seller.
We report every buyer who violates and or abuses buyer and seller protections as well as return policies.
Violators are reported to applicable Marketplace Facilitators and Online Databases

Order Cancellations
We are typically unable to honor cancellation requests once payment is in processing.
